A man is in authority after police say he assaulted a Weymouth, Massachusetts, cop Sunday morning, taking his firearm and shooting him, before additionally killing an elderly lady who was shot through a window in her home.
Emanuel Lopes, 20, of Weymouth, has been recognized as the suspect in the shootings of the officer and the lady. Officer Michael Chesna, 42, was raced to the doctor's facility and kicked the bucket, specialists said.
