Your posts are being downvoted because they're all full-article copy/pastes of Zerohedge etc. Instead of copy/pasting you can quote a little bit of the article like the first couple paragraphs, then link to the original source for more. Or you could ask Zerohedge if they mind you reposting their articles on Steemit. Maybe you could even invite them to post themselves!

    Yeah, This has been a test to see if I can post news from rss feeds... I chose ZeroHedge, since I like a lot of their content, and their rss feed comes from feedburner, so it doesn't use their bandwidth to check the feed. I hope to add other feeds, and better tagging later.

    I've fired off an email to them to confirm that they're okay with me doing this, and I am holding off from posting their stories at this time.

      What if you reworked the RSS feed to quote just the first two blocks of text and rehost the first image, then link to the article?

              To clarify 'Or you could ask Zerohedge if they mind you reposting their articles on Steemit.' I mean something like explicit verifiable permission from Zerohedge for you to post their full articles here.

                I'm not sure how verifiable any permission I would get from them, given their propensity for anonymity ;)... but here's hoping they don't mind.
