University of Toronto professor and clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson is in hot water for daring to criticize and objecting to the Trudeau government’s Bill C-16, which aims to make harassment and discrimination based on gender identity and gender expression a crime under the Human Rights Act and the Criminal Code.

It's trashing my freedom of speech and expression while degrading the English language as it was intended to be used simply adhere to a small group peoples ideology.

This prof is not wrong in my opinion.

I'm glad there's some rational people still left in the world

If someone uses undesirable words perhaps they will be fired or their business boycotted. As usual when violence is used to control others, the behavior appears to get better but the root cause gets worse.

The professor may censor themselves due to laws but they become a more hateful and intolerant person because of the censorship.
If your goal is to solve the root cause of this problem, you should do the opposite. Get the professor to talk openly about their idea perhaps in a public debate.
