Insects infesting Tamale Town Center

I visited the town center around 2:00 PM and when I got to my destination, I saw that I was been bitten by some insects. That was when I got curious and decided to take a look around my environment, I saw that those insects were everywhere.
The insects will just settle on either your skin or clothing and then bite you.
We know that most insects are vectors and as such I became worried as to how many people have been exposed to the bites of these said insects. I see it as a public health concern, I therefore call on the people in charge to have a look at these insects to make sure that we are safe.
