BCI is one of the fastest growing areas of healthcare technologies.

BCI is a new technology aims to build communications between the brain and external devices and to restore some useful function to those who has neuromuscular disorders. Effort have been made in terms of technological development, neuroscience research and attempts to apply to some clinical applications of this technology.

BCI consists of sensing, decoding, translating and controling blocks. While various sensing techniques have been explored, electrophysiological signals have been widely used in BCI research.

Ideveloping BCI system to control the drone using EGG signals as well as a robotic arm is promising and we will see the application in a near future.

I think it may not be too far until we develop a noninvasive real time high precision BCI system.
