Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal is one of the richest man in the world. He is an American-educated and a billionaire investors who is heavily invested in US corporate giants like Citigroup, Apple, Twitter and 21st Century Fox.
Sweeping arrest of 11 princes and 38 others is the latest move of Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman. He is already dominant power in Saudi Arabia at the age of 32. A powerful new Anti-Corruption committee was created under the Crown prince and the arrest were issued just hours later. This committee has the right to "investigate, arrest, ban from travel, or freeze the assets of anyone it deems corrupt" as per the announcements over Al Arabia (Saudi-owned Satellite network).

- March 2017 - Crown Prince met in Trump in White house
- October 2018 - Jared Kushner (President's son in law) along with 3 senior White House officials were reported in Saudi Arabia last month for a meeting that was not disclosed at that time.
