It's natural move from Google as Microsoft, Amazon, IBM and Oracle already have a Blockchain as a Service on their Cloud.

What's more IBM also have several working blockchain ecosystems based on their Blockchain Platform (basing on Hyperledger Fabric). It looks like it's high time to start competing on this market.
