I wasn't aware of Ted Heath, but it is clear to me that pedophilia is rife in positions of power in Britain and all too often the high profile perpetrators are dead or dying before justice is done - Cyril Smith, Jimmy Savile, Leon Brittan... Who else are the police failing to prosecute? What is the extent of the cover-up?
