On Monday February 5, 2018 the House Intelligence Committee voted to authorize the release of a Democratic rebuttal to last week's released memo on FISA abuse and Obama Justice Department attorneys lying to secret court judges. The vote means the document now goes to the FBI, DOJ and White House for redacting, supposedly to protect the same sources and methods Schiff and other Democrats and deep state sock puppets in the media insisted could be jeopardized by the GOP authored memo they all failed to keep from the public. "We think this will help inform the public of the many distortions and inaccuracies in the majority memo," California Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the panel, told reporters.
Unfortunately for this champion of the Democratic Deep State and countering 'Russian propaganda', which Schiff has contended with Sen. Diane Feinstein included Russian bots pushing the #ReleasetheMemo hashtag, conservative opposition researchers published on YouTube footage of Schiff appearing on RT (aka Russia Today TV) to discuss reforming the secret FISA court of all things, back in 2013. No doubt Clint Watts, J.R. Berger and Aaron Weisburd of the Alliance for Securing Democrats, er Democracy smear tank and their #Hamilton68 tracking tool will blame Russian bots and not Trump supporters for gleefully exposing Schiff's less than five year old appearance on 'Putin's propaganda channel'. Perhaps Molly McKew, a barely speaks any Russian self-proclaimed 'information warfare expert' on Moscow's efforts (and former registered agent for the Georgian government of that country's exiled criminal ex-president Mikhail Saakashvili) can write another Politico 'deep dive' piece explaining the vast Trumpist alt-Right Putinist conspiracy to make Rep. Adam Schiff look ridiculous...
UPDATE 02/06/18 11:21 p.m. EST: On February 6 the UK tabloid Daily Mail revealed that Schiff was 'punk'd' last year by the Russian comedians Vovan and Lexus, posing as the Ukro-Nazi politician and suspected Maidan snipers commander Andrey Parubiy. Vovan and Lexus (real names Vladimir “Vovan” Kuznetsov and Alexei “Lexus” Stolyarov) previously tricked U.S. politicians Sen. John "McInsane" McCain and Rep. Maxine Waters, as well as UN Ambassador Nikki Haley, regarding Russian meddling in the fictional Southeast Asian nation of Binomo...
SCHIFF'S SPOKESMAN CLAIMS THE CALIFORNIA DEMOCRATIC CONGRESSMAN WASN'T FOOLED AND KNEW THE CALL WAS LIKELY FAKE THE WHOLE TIME, BUT LISTEN TO THE AUDIO WITH SCHIFF EARNESTLY SEEKING UKRAINIAN KOMPROMAT ON DONALD TRUMP (SOMETHING WE WERE TOLD WAS TREASONOUS WHEN DONALD TRUMP JR. WAS PROMISED RUSSIAN DIRT ON HILLARY CLINTON) AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF....“The ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee was the victim of a prank phone call by Russian comedians who offered to give him ‘compromising’ dirt on Donald Trump – including nude photos of the president and a Russian reality show star.
DailyMail.com can disclose that after the prank, his staff engaged in correspondence with what they thought was a Ukrainian politician to try to obtain the ‘classified’ material promised on the call.
On an audio recording of the prank call posted online, Adam Schiff can be heard discussing the committee’s Russia investigation and increasingly bizarre allegations about Trump with a man who claimed to be Andriy Parubiy, the chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament.
The call, made a year ago, was actually from two Russian comedians nicknamed ‘Vovan’ and ‘Lexus’ who have become notorious for their phony calls to high-ranking American officials and celebrities, including UN Ambassador Nikki Haley and Elton John.
Its existence was first reported by The Atlantic but not how a staff member working for the minority on the House Intelligence Committee pursued the information after the call.
Schiff’s office said the congressman suspected the call was ‘bogus’ from the beginning and reported it to authorities afterward.”

Full of Schiff's RT Hypocrisy Must Burn Those Who Insist Any Appearance on RT is Proof of Useful Idiocy for the Kremlin if Not Outright Treason -- Looking at You, #Hamilton68 ers
In the interests of disclosure, at least a few RogueMoney guests like Peter Schiff (no relation to Adam that we know of) have appeared on RT either at present or in the recent past. We don't pretend that the taxpayer funded channel doesn't represent a pro-Russian government viewpoint, anymore than the the UK's BBC or Germany's Deutsche Welle aren't supportive of their governments line on global events. Our point is since the election of Donald Trump the mere fact an American in public life appeared on RT has been used to claim that they're disloyal or downright treasonous. So we can be forgiven for a little delight that the Democrats' Russia Russia Russia rhetorical grenades are predictably, blowing up in their smug former Obama 'reset' (which was all about corporate America and more broadly, Wall Street investment in the Russian Federation to get Moscow on board with the Iran nuclear deal) promoting faces, starting with the execrably nicknamed Schiff.
"ADAM SCHIFF, ONE OF THE MOST DESPICABLE HUMAN BEINGS IN CONGRESS--AND THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING--SPEAKING ANOTHER TUNE IN 2013 ABOUT FISA ABUSE. SAY NO TO DOUBLE-THINK." FROM DUFFIEREPORT.COMWhen Desperate Democrat Deep State and Presstitutes Spin Backfires, By Highlighting FISA Court Failure and Gross Obama Justice Department Dishonesty by Material Omission
While the Democrats hope that their memo will convince the public everything the Obama DOJ and FBI did in using unpaid volunteer Carter Page as a pretext to legally spy on all of his contacts in the Trump campaign was above board, even many of their rebuttals have already raised more questions than answers.
Take for example, the legacy media spin that the Nunes staff authored memo failed to mention, how DOJ attorneys briefing a FISA court judge to obtain an October 2016 surveillance warrant on Page informed him that some of the Steele Dossier material included in the package may have come from partisan political sources. The fact that the attorneys didn't say, and the judge was either blackmailed/complicit, rushed or carelessly couldn't bother to ask, for the identity of the Fusion GPS group funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign behind ex-MI6 agent Christopher Steele's material, is 'damning'. That's not just the opinion of intrepid reporter Sharyl Attkison, who was spied on and had her computer hacked by someone in the Obama Administration, but of wishy washy Republican talk radio host, and former special assistant to President Ronald Reagan's Attorney General Hugh Hewitt:
“Having reviewed hundreds and hundreds of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant applications as the final stop between the FBI and the desks of Attorneys General William French Smith and Edwin Meese III, I read the Nunes memo as revealing one major fact that stands out above all other revelations: The FISA warrant for surveillance on Carter Page (and the three subsequent renewals of the warrant) omitted a material fact. While the FBI admitted that the information came from a politically motivated source, the bureau did not disclose that the source had been financed by Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. That is a damning omission.
My job reviewing those warrants existed because prior to the establishment of a National Security Division at the Justice Department, a special assistant to the attorney general with the appropriate clearances had the job of making sure the attorney general did not sign off on a warrant application that got bounced back from the FISA court. Such a rejection had never happened before I got there, didn’t happen while it was my job and has happened only a handful of times since. That record is in large part because of trust developed between the FISA courts and the FBI and Justice Department over decades, especially the respect accorded the counterintelligence professionals at the bureau. That trust has now been injured.
Upon publication of the Nunes memo, a retired federal judge emailed me: “There is not an officer of the court in the land who in the context of this particular application to the FISA court should not have identified the source of the information as having been the [Democratic National Committee] and the Clinton Campaign. If I had granted the application and then subsequently learned that the information was sourced to the DNC and the Campaign, I would have rescinded the authorization and issued a show-cause order to the Government to explain who and why this sourcing was not made known to the court. The fact (if it be that) that the Government told the court that it was a political source, but did not identify who, in this particular instance, is highly probative that the Government purposely misled the court.””

The Nunes Memo Was Just the Start: The Grassley-Graham State Department Partisanship and Support for Steele's Clintons-Funded Sleazy Falsehood Peddling is Next
The next shoe to drop, according to Conservative Treehouse blog citing Chuck Ross at the Daily Caller, will involve a second dossier which was not published by Buzzfeed (prompting multiple libel suits against former British spy Christopher Steele), and support for the Clinton cronies project provided by high ranking personnel in the Obama State Department:
“...according to Grassley and Graham, Steele wrote another memo — one dated Oct. 19, 2016 — that was not part of the BuzzFeed dossier.
In that memo, Steele stated that he received information from someone at the State Department. The identity of the contact is redacted in the Grassley-Graham letter, as are other portions of the document.
The information originated with “a foreign sub-source” who had been in touch with a friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton. That Clinton associate, whose name is redacted, passed it on to another person.
Though the identities of the State Department official and Clinton associate are unclear, there has been some reporting recently that sheds some light on the matter.
The Guardian reported last week that Clinton hatchet man Cody Shearer compiled a dossier of his own prior to the election and that Steele passed some of the information to the FBI. Shearer has long worked on dirty tricks campaigns for Democrats and the Clintons. In 1991, he was involved in spreading a fake story accusing former Vice President Dan Quayle of buying drugs from the notorious political operative Brett Kimberlin. (RELATED: John Kerry Was Briefed On The Dossier)
Shearer is also a close associate of Sidney Blumenthal, another Clinton operative.
The Daily Caller asked Shearer last year if he was involved in the Steele dossier.
“I have had absolutely nothing to do with the release of materials contained in the Russian dossier, nor have I pushed these documents to reporters. Do not promote fake news,” he said at the time.
One recently retired State Department official has emerged at the center of the dossier controversy.
Jonathan Winer, the State Department’s special envoy to Libya, recently disclosed that he met Steele in Summer 2016 and was provided information about Trump. Winer wrote a two-page memo based on Steele’s information and briefed then-Sec. of State John Kerry.
Winer served as counsel to Kerry when he served in the Senate. The Washington Post reported last week that the State Department did not do anything with Steele’s information. Instead, they reached out to the FBI and determined that the bureau had already been in contact with the former spy.
Grassley said Monday that he is calling on the FBI to conduct another review of the referral on Steele and to “allow complete disclosure of important context from the documents on which it is based.””
