98% of people are still on lockdown to compete with Corona. Of these, 50.4% believe that strict lockdown should be done when needed, while 47.4% favor lockdown with discounts for essential services. This opinion has come out in the online survey of Dainik Bhaskar.
The survey was conducted in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal, Haryana, Bihar, Jharkhand and Delhi. Public opinion was known on 5 questions. 18,552 people participated in six days from Saturday to Thursday. 50% of them believe all three lockdowns to be effective.
