Yeah thats what he was saying, looking up that bill is difficult because it was ammended when they ended the gold standard but the language in the law seems to delegate authority to the governor of the "fund" which would be the head of the federal reserve. It references them as the governor of America and its active when we are in a state of war, the war powers gave the authority for executive orders. They have never left a state of emergency war powers since this began kind of a strange coincidence. It said not even the president is entitled to a salary from the government or the tresurer. And that we have no control to set a value for the dollar. They make us believe so we are compliant. Makes you wonder why during the gold confiscation all the citizens had to turn their gold over to the federal reserve bank. May have been a part of this contract payment of our assets as a bankruptcy clause.
