The video shows the Syrian Air force bombing positions recently lost to the so called 'Army of Conquest' (Jaysh al Fateh) in the Ramousah artillery base southwest of Aleppo.
It is clear from the video that some heavy equipment has been left behind by the Syrian Arab army, which suggests a hasty withdrawal was most likely. However government forces still have fire control over the base with assistance from close air support. The rebels appear to be struggling to capitalize on their recent success.
