Tor is okay-ish, but it has massive issues. I2P is the big boy nowadays. Although it doesn't have the capability of going to the "clearweb", except through dedicated sites, it's much more versatile. It supports regular internet protocols, including torrents (doing this on Tor won't protect you and kills the bandwidth). Also, it rewards participation, as participatory nodes are given greater speeds. It's not the most mature deepweb protocol, but I'm excited to see it grow.
