Should we love India ?

We all know India has a pretty bad relationship with its neighbours, from Pakistan to Nepal to China the relation is not healthy enough. Prime minister Narendra Modi is doing a great job by trying to make the relationship healthy. We are not here to talk about the relationship between other countries and India, we will talk about Nepal's relation with India.

It's been a lot of controversy in Nepal to hate or like India. People give a lot of reason to hate India and some of them are really true and India is doing really a bad thing. But most of the reasons our Nepali fellows give are either pointless or makes a very little difference.

• Economic Blockade

It's never a good thing to do economic blockade to a landlocked country. It created a lot of troubles in the country but we cant hate India for that. Politics is far more complicated than we think. There are many things to be considered. Although the blockade is bad it was still our responsibility to go to the international court but why we didn't ? It may be because it was a planned event from our leaders and indian side.

Buddha
This is the strongest reason given by Nepalese to hate India. What we know and what the world knows is Buddha was born in Nepal and Modi had already told too many times that Buddha was born in Nepal. What a civilized indian claim is that Buddha got his knowledge in India and its like his second home and it is freaking true. A place where you get knowledge is always considered your second home. This is basic human nature. We Nepali gets offended when we here Buddha got his knowledge from India. There is a rumour that India made a copy of Lumbini to attract tourists in India and to prove Buddha was born in India but we didn't found any significant proof of that .

-Border
We hear India is increasing their border and decreasing ours slowly. We know this is bad or even worse but what we are sure of it is it can't be done without the help of our leaders. This is a very very serious issue and look how seriously our leaders are talking it like. They are ignoring it like a teenager is ignoring his studies. This proves it's a coordinated attack and we need to fix our leaders before blaming India for everything.

Before hating anything just think why are you hating and do even your hate matters or not. What matters is leaders are friend and they are who matters if we be real. Don't let your emotions kill your thoughts, don't hate because your friends are hating.

We even have people who use Photoshop (or ms paint) to put Modi's head on a donkeys photo and the quality of edit is worse and they write "Please share this" and they really get a lot of share. Why we even hate him. Everyone wants to do good for their country and themselves. Think once how many times you have tried to work for India or china. We all are selfish, we don't want to accept it but we are. What differs in a good man and a bad man is that bad people harm others for their selffishness and good people control that.

It's always your choice and your opinion to hate or love a country. But we don't hate India although personally we don't watch any hindi movie or TV serial's.
