U.S. rules that CBD has no medicinal value, adding it to Schedule 1 controlled substance list

It should be duly noted that alcohol is the worst drug by far. It is extremely addictive and the withdrawal from it (not to mention imbibing it) has the potential to kill its user. However, that remains legal and readily available. All while a plant that can be grown by all, as you stated, remains demonized to the point of lunacy. It is a blatant disregard of our rights. Not just as citizens, but as human beings. Blame Harry Anslinger, America's first commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics. Bought and paid for by the Federal Reserve bankers!

After their successes with Alcohol Prohibition, as in the creation of a Black Market that brought them ungodly profits, they sought another target to get filthy rich from. Lo and behold, Reefer Madness sparked the never-ending Drug War and a whole new Black Market that continues to this day. A war which inevitably spiraled out of control and become one against the human mind. A brainwashing scheme that has been incredibly successful for generations.

What a farce. What a tragedy. Lady Liberty weeps at the decrepit state of our blessed union. Thankfully we have the internet today. Because as our technology increases, their credibility declines. Meaning it is only a matter of time before the majority awakens to the sad state of our country's affairs.

With all that being said, I thank you for the update. I truly hope this ruling is not upheld. For all our sakes.

I have cited the alcohol argument so many times...to alcohol drinking weed haters! It only makes sense when we fully understand the control/money system.

Reading the top comment here it would seem the situation is not as grave as I thought. If it isn't being enforced not much sure what is the point of all the drama in a court. Though what people will see in their media is the court decision... not the reality that the law isn't being enforced! So, the general effect on the (sleeping) public remains.

It's still bull. A blatant disregard for all Americans' freedoms. If it doesn't PHYSICALLY hurt anyone, why even bother creating legislation? Especially when it is a known cure for hundreds of maladies. Money truly is the root of all evil in this world. Such a shame.
