New Gillette Advertisement: All Men need to SHAVE AWAY their "Toxic Masculinity"

in news •  6 years ago

i'm still having an error on D.Tube: "Please submit video" (after uploading video) so just using the YouTube mirror - not sure how to fix this. But will keep trying - as D.tube would be my first choice if I was not having probs

Researchers say that the new Gillette advertisement is going to join the Get Woke, Go Broke list of companies that spend more time projecting propaganda than trying to make good products.

Not a good slogan. Reminds me of those cringy Leah Remini motor oil commercials that flopped years ago. Can't stand it when women tell men how to be a real man, especially when it is an activity he used to enjoy doing alone, now he has to consider how women feel about it.

its pretty sad really, because all this stuff does, is divide people - then those in change, get away with more hidden agendas, because people are rightfully arguing about this - i mean, its important to point out propaganda like this - but even when we do, we are less likely to focus on what matters - imo - thanks for the comment!

the internets is already blowing up with people moving to Schick (if that is even spelled right.) I just don't understand why these people can't just find ways to make razors that don't cost $8 each and leave the online bickering to us. Honestly.... is anyone going to be swayed by a razor blade ad?
