I do not know if people would accept lab-grown food. I am not sure either.
The trend is going in the direction of more natural food which is regionally produced.
Many vegeterians and vegans proof that there is a variety of recipes which are healthy and delicious.
Reducing meat consumption is definitely a way towards a healthier more sustainable lifestyle.
