Section 144 imposed Impact of Bharat Bandh in Gwalior and Sagar. In which, Bhagvatacharya Devkindhan Thakur addressed a large crowd, during this time he warned the state and central government. He say's that -" SC ST ACT mein badlaav karo varna do mahine baad wo hoga jo kisine socha bhi nhi hoga ".
