Donald Trump has accused Hillary Clinton of "allowing North Korea to research and build" nuclear weapons, after the former election rival criticised his opening speech to the UN General Assembly.
Speaking to Stephen Colbert on The Late Show, Mrs Clinton said she had watched parts of Mr Trump’s address to the General Assembly and said she thought it was “very dark, dangerous,” and “not the kind of message that the leader of the greatest nation in the world should be delivering”.
