Im shocked that people are willing to be tagged like dogs. These implants can track, and hold all info but at what cost. These implants receive and send info and it also means that you yourself can be hacked and shut down. Imagine all your accounts gone if they wanted to and you wouldn't be able to buy or sell anything for you wouldn't exist. That is total control. Your life would be a book to be read by anyone who wants it.
