Myanmar's justice demand in the International Criminal Court

In the Rakhine state of Myanmar, the UN has called for the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate the massacre of minority Rohingya Muslims. On Thursday, Myanmar wanted clear evidence for the issue of racial slaughter and massacre against Muslims. The United Nations Human Rights Commission's chief Jed Rad al-Hussein said on Friday that the Rohingyas were involved in the killing of criminals on Friday. He also urged the Myanmar government to allow Rakhine search officials to investigate the allegations of 'genocide activities' on Muslim minorities.
On Aug 25 last year, the Myanmar army launched a brutal operation on Rohingyas in the wake of the attack on the Security Force checkpoint.
Responding to questions of journalists in Geneva on Thursday, Myanmar's National Security Advisor Thong Tun said, "Most of the Rakhine Muslim community still live there. If there were genocide, then they would all run away. '
Myanmar advisor organized a press conference in Geneva yesterday, head of the United Nations Human Rights Commission, Rad Al-Hussein. He said, "What we have seen there is a strong doubt that genocidal acts may have happened. Only the court can make it. '
The United Nations called the campaign of the Myanmar army against the Rohingyas as an 'ethnic cleansing' campaign. In addition, international human rights organizations and world leaders, including the US and European Union, have been demanding the trial of the case and the related issues.
On Wednesday, Rad al-Hussein complained that the country's army has apologized for publishing the investigation report even after the allegations surrounding the military campaign in Myanmar around the world.
Earlier, New York-based international human rights watchdog Human Rights Watch said in a report that the deserted Rohingya villages of Rakhine army were abducted with a bulldozer. The Myanmar government is doing it to cover the massacre. Rad al-Hussein said that the news of running a bulldozer in Rohingya villages to erase the mass grave seems to be that the authorities of Myanmar used bulldozer to wipe out the evidence of potential crimes against humanity.
In this regard, Myanmar's security adviser Tune said, the allegation is very serious. He said, "We should take a look at what really happened before the verdict about whether there was ethnic killings and genocide."

The United Nations Fact-Finding Mission spoke to Rohingya refugees who took shelter in Bangladesh or other countries to prove the matter of human rights violations in Myanmar. The team will submit their initial report on Monday.

In a report prepared by speaking to Rohingya who took shelter in Bangladesh, Yang told that "the leadership of the government (Myanmar) has nothing to do with interventions, stop repression or condemnation, they should also face accountability."
Yanagi Lee wanted to go to Myanmar to investigate the UN incident in Rakhine. But the Myanmar government did not allow him to visit.
