Who are the Turpin? the parents who kept their 13 children captive!!!

Hello community, I share with you a piece of news that caught my attention and investigate the fact.

The past Sunday, in Perris, California the agents of department of said locality and officials of the sheriff of county Riverside found one girl young which affirmed that your brothers were captives, they were tied with chains and padlocks in their own house.

The girl escaped of his house and call for the service of emergency 911 from a cell phone that found within of the dwelling.

When the agents of the police of Perris and officials found the girl, they believed that just had ten years old for his neglected and malnourished appearance.

The agents moved immediately to the dwelling and here found to twelve children's remaining.

The scene seemed like something of a horror movie.

The office of sheriff of county Riverside, at to the pertain Perris, detailed in one communique which there were various children tied to their beds with padlocks and chains in a darker environment and stinking.

The marriage was under arrest for torture and child abuse and a bail of US $ 9 million was imposed on each one. The parents, David Allen and Louise Anna Turpin, aged 57 and 49 respectively, were unable to give a logical reason to explain why the children were tied.

Greg Fellows, agent of the Riverside sheriff's office, offered a press conference on Tuesday in which he explained why there is talk of torture: “ -As you can imagine, being 17 years old and looking like 10, being chained to a bed, being malnourished and having injuries associated with this is what I would call torture".

At first, the agents thought that the 12 were minors, but they were surprised to discover that seven of them are adults, with ages between 18 and 29 years. They were taken to the Perris police station, where they were given food and drink and interviewed. From there they were transferred to hospitals in the area.
