BREAKING NEWS: Court rules ANC KZN elective conference unlawful

Durban - The High Court in KwaZulu-Natal has decided that the KwaZulu-Natal ANC's eighth elective gathering was unlawful.

The gathering occurred in Pietermarizburg in November 2015 and saw the ANC commonplace director Sihle Zikalala being chosen and supplanting previous Premier Senzo Mchunu.

Judge Jerome Mguni pronounced the gathering unlawful and void and requested that the respondents in the issue pay the expenses for the case
