Did London police dress up as the terrorist? Not sure but this video raises some questions.

Looks like the same pants to me. Not sure if it's the guy in the video but does anyone else notice what looks like a police symbol on the terrorist vest? Also, is that a bomb strapped to him and he didn't blow himself up. I guess the terrorist could of dressed up like police but that has yet to be determined.

this would not be the first time that things don't add up 100%....and when you bring up facts/video it get's shut down -- we know the agenda is control , tax, global governance and obey their crap....how is that?
