Barcelona's Arda Turan is the subject of a reported 30 million euro bid from Premier League side Arsenal.
Arsenal aren't the only side interested in the former Atletico Madrid star and reports in the Turkish media claim that Serie A outfit Inter are also keen on bringing him in.
