Square Looking Into Doing More With Bitcoin TechsteemCreated with Sketch.

Hey everyone, how are you this Monday? Not much seems to be going on in the crypto world today but I did come acorss this article about Square. If you have not heard of them Square is an American company that processes credit card payments for companies. The app is also run but the CEO of Twitter. It is not news that they work with bitcoin, this has been happening for months, but it is looks like it is looking into expanding with the tech.

A company like Square would bring a lot of attention and big names into the crypto world. This is one of the 'bridges' we are looking for when we talk about crypto and fiat. It is looking like mainstream adoption is happening and it is only a matter of time.

Yesterday I wrote about PayPal getting a patent on faster ways to process crypto. And before then Circle bought Poloniex. It looks like more and more companies are getting into the crypto world. We all knew this would happen if crypto took off, companies would have to get involved. This could mean more fees and less control but it could also mean more security and more people using it.

First Circle , now Square . It's amazing that such a big companies go into cryptocurrency, this year will be really interesant for cryptoinvestors.( I am new here, it will be great to get support, thx ! ; ) )

Thank you @whatageek for important news share.

One of the things I liked about Bitcoin is that when you live in a country not being liked by USA, you still have a chance. Since Circle is mostly west based I fear that I might not be able to use Poloniex anymore.

Thanks for the info.
