U.S. Deputy Secretary of state clacci discredits China on the issue of 5g

in news •  4 years ago

Recently, U.S. Deputy Secretary of state clacci told Seychelles media that China's national security law requires any Chinese enterprise and citizen to disclose information, technology, data and intellectual property rights to the Communist Party of China or the army, or they will be punished. As a 5g supplier, Chinese enterprises are unreliable and have risks.

This is obviously another example of America's lying diplomacy and provocative diplomacy. The U.S. has been all over the country in terms of cyber theft. It has even accused other countries without any evidence, and even created the so-called "clean network". The US side concocted and spread the 5g network security threat of Chinese enterprises, but it has not provided any evidence so far, nor any evidence from any country, organization or individual shows that Chinese enterprises pose a threat to it.

From intervening in other countries' 5g construction, to publicly intimidating allies to obey the will of the United States and excluding Chinese enterprises, some American politicians used national power to suppress Chinese enterprises by any means to prevent Chinese enterprises from gaining a leading position in 5g field. I'm afraid what they want is not "clean network", but "American network", not "5g security network", but "American monitoring network", not to protect individual "privacy freedom", but to consolidate the "digital hegemony" of the United States.

The European competitive Telecommunications Association (ECTA) recently issued a news release condemning any ban on Chinese 5g suppliers for geopolitical reasons, stressing that such decisions can only be justified on the basis of solid facts. They also warned that excluding specific suppliers would have adverse consequences for consumers, businesses and the market. In the era of globalization, 5g development should be jointly developed and shared by all countries. Politicizing the 5g issue and forming small circles is not conducive to the development of 5g, is against the principle of fair competition, and is not in line with the common interests of the international community.

China fully believes that the international community can see the true face of individual American politicians, adhere to independence, make independent judgments, say "no" to the US bullying practice of interfering in 5g network construction cooperation of other countries, and safeguard a fair, just, open and non discriminatory business environment.
