The Clinton Criminal Referrals Are Here
After decades of impunity, Clinton will soon be brought to justice for her violations of federal laws and grand betrayal of America.

In January 2017, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz announced that the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) would begin a comprehensive review of DOJ and FBI malfeasance leading into the 2016 presidential election. Coming just two months after Donald Trump’s election, the probe was initiated in response to demands from lawmakers and the American public appalled by the lengths Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama went to in their coordinated efforts to install Clinton as Obama’s successor. Supported by a network of Deep State co-conspirators in America’s shadow government, Clinton and Obama brazenly undermined democracy in and out of 2016, working privately to politicize and weaponize U.S. law enforcement agencies in way that would insulate and favor Clinton for election, and sabotage her political opposition from both the left and right.
Fifteen months later, Americans are finally seeing the results of the IG’s probe, with Clinton occupying her rightful place at the epicenter of what is now the biggest political scandal in American history. On Friday the 13th, the IG released an initial report of findings detailing the role of former acting FBI director Andrew McCabe in the Clinton-Obama operation: directly implicating Clinton and Obama, the report blasted McCabe for leaking information to the press about the FBI’s Clinton Foundation probe; having been exposed for leaking a self-serving story and lying about it to FBI management and federal investigators, McCabe was fired for this last month, and denied the multi-million dollar pension he amassed during his tenure.
Less than a week later, the IG sent a criminal referral to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia related to this misconduct. Thereafter, McCabe’s name was listed alongside Clinton’s and other conspirators in a bombshell letter from Congressional reps recommending criminal investigations into McCabe, Clinton, and the others listed to the DOJ.
Alongside former acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, named in Congress’s referral for possible violations of federal law are Hillary Clinton, former FBI Director James Comey; former Attorney General Loretta Lynch; FBI Agent Peter Strzok; FBI Counsel Lisa Page; and DOJ and FBI personnel “connected to” work on the Steele Dossier, including former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates and former Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente.
After McCabe, the second in Clinton’s cabal to fall would be Comey. Having infamously exonerated Clinton in 2016 after noting clear and repeated felony violations of Section 793(f) of the Federal penal code for her mishandling of classified information, Comey went on to sign off on three of the FISA applications used to spy on Trump that were based on knowingly-false information from former British spy Christopher Steele and included in the infamous dossier he compiled for the shady political research firm Fusion GPS, funded by Clinton and the Democrats. Comey was later fired by Trump in May of 2017.
Following his firing, Comey leaked classified FBI memos to a friend at the Wall Street Journal, presumably to prompt a special counsel investigation into Trump. After the memos were sent to Congress last week, they became public, confirming Comey knowingly broke the law in pursuit of these very political motivations. The IG followed-up by announcing an investigation “into classification issues related to the Comey memos” after it was confirmed the memos Comey leaked contained classified information.
Mollie Ziegler Hemingway did the heavy lifting in detailing Comey’s role in the Clinton-Obama coup in a must-read essay, Comey’s Memos Indicate Dossier Briefing Of Trump Was A Setup.
Critical elements of Hemingway’s reporting are as follows, with emphasis:
Newly released memos written by former FBI director James Comey indicate that an early 2017 briefing for then-President-elect Donald Trump about the contents of an infamous dossier was held so it could be leaked to media outlets eager to report on the dossier’s allegations. In multiple memos, Comey specifically mentioned that CNN had the dossier and wanted a “news hook” that would enable the network to report on its most salacious allegations even though they had not been verified. …
This briefing, and the leaking of it, legitimized the dossier, which touched off the Russia hysteria. That hysteria led to a full-fledged media freakout. During the freakout, Comey deliberately refused to say in public what he acknowledged repeatedly in private — that the President of the United States was not under investigation. He even noted in his memos that he told the president at least three times that he was not under investigation. Comey’s refusal to admit publicly what he kept telling people privately led to his firing. …
That led to Comey leaking multiple memos in order to get a special counsel appointed out of revenge. That special counsel has utterly distracted multiple agencies and embroiled all three branches of government at the highest levels. All over a document that was secretly funded by Hillary Clinton and the DNC, contracted by a Democrat research firm with ties to the Kremlin, and authored by a shady foreign spy whose relationship with the FBI was terminated because he lied to them.
Comey and McCabe’s work as partisan operatives at the top of America’s law enforcement agencies is the most egregious indicator of how deeply Clinton’s corruption contaminated American government institutions, and a good place to start to introduce the true breadth of the scandals unraveling to Americans following along to ensure the guilty parties in the Clinton-Obama regime are held accountable for their grave and unprecedented corruption.
Clinton’s more recent crimes, like many in previous decades of her career as a “public servant”, were committed in plain sight; to the extent she got away with them certainly served to motivate some Americans to organize and vote for Trump, who made central to his presidential campaign a promise to bring Hillary Clinton to justice for her recent — if not exhaustive— criminality. Onlookers familiar with the IG’s investigation since it began would have been correct to consider the probe of high-level corruption within the FBI and DOJ as the first step Trump would need to take in order to fulfill this promise.
Even the cynic would have been shocked to see the sheer magnitude of the crimes Clinton committed in plain sight prior to and during her 2016 campaign.
After using her shady family Foundation as a favor factory to rake in cash while serving as Obama’s top diplomat while at State, Clinton used this and other money laundered through the Hillary Victory Fund to buy Obama’s debt-ridden Democratic Party to ensure her nomination. Here, we see she went so far as to finance a fake Dossier to be used by Obama’s administration to illegally surveil and ultimately usurp Donald Trump. Her use of law firm Perkins Coie to launder payments for the infamous Dossier has, by now, long served the public as a clear indication Clinton is soberly aware of her place as frontwoman of a scandal that makes Watergate look like spilled milk.
It is difficult to fathom how anyone could argue against Clinton being held accountable for the ways her misconduct put national security at risk; Clinton’s ability, until now, to remain free of prosecution and stave off three FBI investigations is perhaps the most offensive display of America’s two tiered justice system in the country’s history.
With former New York Mayor Rudy Guiliani, a Trump surrogate and accomplished prosecutor of major cases against the American Mafia and against corrupt corporate financiers, joining Trump’s legal team, the crooked Robert Mueller investigation will soon come to a close. Whether Clinton’s criminal referral will be sent to a U.S. attorney sooner or later, Americans and all good people of the world can rest assured that her time will come, and take solace having seen the earnest steps the IG has taken toward reforming America’s failing federal law enforcement agencies and policing the egregious malfeasance of former President Obama that allowed Clinton’s corruption to contaminate American government institutions as deeply as it has.
Grasping at their last straw, the Democrats have now sued Trump, Wikileaks, and the Republicans for the election interference they are guilty of. Like many of their shortsighted and naive strategies, this too will backfire; the last thing the Democrats need is for more details of their scandals to be laid bare in discovery in court. Regardless, for the way Clinton, Obama, and the Democrats undermined democracy and robbed Americans of a legitimate election in 2016, Clinton and her cronies must be subject to an interrogation so righteous after all the harm they’ve caused to America and the world. Fortunately, Intelligence Committee Chair Devin Nunes remains committed to this most urgent American crisis.
While there is much more work to be done, Americans successfully blocked the Clinton Restoration in 2016. With much to celebrate as the IG findings are revealed, they can rest assured the Clinton cancer corrupting their government for decades has been halted and reversed, and Clintonism will soon be finally fully relegated to the dustbin of history where it belongs.
