If you're stargazing in NY, you're doing it wrong. You need dark skies in the desert (such as Nevada) if you want your optics to not fog up.

NY is just desperate for revenue. Won't be long now before financial collapse.

    Well, I mean this is a state law. Most of the state of New York is great for stargazing. There's vast wilderness in NY state. This law isn't with the city in mind.

      I live on 70 acres near lake Ontario on the family farm near Port Ontario, but also spent many years in Nevada. Hopefully crypto will flush the parasites out of the banking system soon.
