Makerere University authorities have today suspended EDWARD KISUZE ( a Senior Admin. Assistant) for sexually harassing a female student in his office. Right now.... He's in police custody at Wandegeya Police Station.
The student who boldly took this selfie with a lecturer in his office licking her private parts is called NJERI RACHAEL , a January's graduate from CoCIS. She comes from Limuru, central Kenya, she's a Kikuyu by tribe.
According to her, she took this selfie and kept it until after her course clearance.
She said that she was locked up in the room, grabbed by force, then she took the selfie when the Lecturer was busy down there....
She had come back to certify her transcript last Friday when this happened.
She then reported this alleged sexual harassment to Makerere University authorities.
