The Glendronach distillery in Scotland, as we’ve written about many times in the past, is a must drink their whisky experience for those who are fans of sherry cask aged single malts. One of the highlights of Glendronach’s releases is the once in awhile Grandeur bottlings, which typically focuses upon bringing together into one expression older stocks of unique Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. The tenth batch of this variant has now been announced, being one of the oldest to date.
