California based pioneer craft distillery St. George Spirits is known to whiskey lovers primarily for its yearly American single malt release. It also has a rather fascinating Japanese influenced expression known as Baller that has been a sleeper hit for them. The whiskey has been virtually impossible to get hold of outside of its home state, which is something that’s now being addressed with a slightly wider release plan.
