    The downvote dialog box explicitly says it is for, among other things, disputes about rewards. Did you, or did you not, copy and paste an excerpt and a news link as a post with no effort to include any original content or commentary? What makes my downvote and comment "criminal harassment?" That is a serious charge. Support your assertion with an actual argument, or rescind your empty accusation.
