The bitcoin hard fork went off without a hitch, creating bitcoin’s new alter ego, bitcoin cash. Immediately following yesterday’s fork, individuals who protected their private keys gained access to bitcoin cash. However, those who stored their coins on an exchange, left that decision to the exchange. This caused tensions to flare between Coinbase and their customers. They are now angrily requesting their share of bitcoin cash from the company.

Coinbase needs to put aside their political views and do what's best for their customers and give them their BCC. They don't have to run it as a service but their clients ARE entitled to those off chain coins that retain significant value.

I agree the Coinbase should give costumers BCC (and I myself am currently pissed at them for not answering an easy to fix problem for the past week and a half), but they did warn people that Coinbase would not be giving out BCC...
Can you sue even if they gave a warning about a week in advance?
