A few more lists today in relation to posts lacking in engagement but earning well and a rough guide on the the Steem Power going into downvotes.

A couple of days ago I posted some details on the number of downvotes being cast and the weight going into those votes. This was a bronze level assessment, and I've got silver for you today. Gold would be calculating the rshares of the downvote (based on voter SP and VP), but that is above my pay grade.
The table below shows the number of downvotes and total SP going into downvotes, using the weight of each vote and the SP owned by the voter.
e.g. If a voter had 1000 SP and cast a 50% downvote, that would be 500 SP added to the days total.

The daily vote counts are not breaking any records but the last 4 days the SP used has noticeably increased. It averages at 713 million and the first 26 days of the month average at 318 million.

The average over the first 26 days of the month (hf 21 took place on the 27th Aug) is 157 and over the past 4 days the average number of unique accounts casting a downvote is 345.
While not explosive, the number of accounts and the summed SP downvoting has increased but hasn't match the first full post fork day of the 28th.
It could be that the low-hanging fruit has been picked, if you assume this to be lower quality posts that were in trending and under the heavy influence of bots, and that this type of post not appeared in number since.
I have been told by a bid-bot operator that bids are down heavily and that they don't think 'many bots will survive this', and I've also seen bots 'gift' votes out to content without a purchase being made, presumably due to a high VP and a desire for curation earnings.
The first couple of days have, to me at least, shown the potential effectiveness of this portion of the EIP, there are certainly more areas other than trending in which rewards are being systematically drained from the pool.
In the post the other day, I also provided a list of posts that lacked engagement and had a high pending payout attached. Whilst this by no means assures the post is of low quality and deserves less reward, the list was at least a starting point and the contents were viewed by some as worthy downvote candidates.

At first glance it may seem as if not a lot more downvotes are occurring post HF but I think it may be due to most abusers quickly having learned that we won't stand for their shit anymore and have backed down.
Especially the usual suspects who stopped posting in advance already. Next turn is for the farm voters and votetraders.

I auto-vote @steembasicincome so I don't miss any - I also sometimes forget to vote after leaving a comment - I read SBI posts when I see them in my feed and usually have something to say (or click away to a contest they are promoting!!) . (upvoting their posts increases my rshare upvote balance!)
And I auto-vote the curation trail of the community accounts which I am a curator of - at a low VP weight (@helpiecake and @c-cubed)

I was a bit disconcerted that two posts I've downvoted have increased in value - just coincidence or something to do with the curve?

It's alright i figured it out - 2.5 a day IF i want my VP to actually recharge up to 100% - I was working on 10 or so taking it down to 0, somehow forgot to factor that 'keep it above 80%' rule in!

Question for @abh12345: Do you have any lists showing the number of posts made per day after the hardfork?
One of the big concerns was that quality authors would become dissatisfied with creating content if their posts receive less rewards from every original post they make. If so, we would expect fewer posts each day available to be curated. Tonight I definitely felt like I had a harder time than normal finding the kind of posts I like to vote for.
Hopefully things are getting better and not worse in that respect.

It's @likwid! @liqwid either made that account to pick up accidents or is just a coincidence. (I paid out two posts, at 100%, to @liqwid instead of @likwid 😒 -- Don't want others making the same mistake)
Speaking of though, is there something wrong with using @likwid? SteemPeak actually has this as a built-in option for posts rewards, which I realised only after I already blundered doing it manually.
