We have a great blockchain it is fast and it works perfectly. The code is there and it is working as planned. Stakeholders are allocating Steem in every block, just by using their upvotes.

I don't really know If Tribes fulfill your requirements (I really like LEO and how things play out over there at the moment), but if Tribes isn't on the menu, I have a feeling that anything that has to do with art. And especially "singing", composing music, and such.
Let's make some room to creativity...and talent. We're constantly doing the "steem talking" so how about this for a change?
Can you imagine a world without music...because I can't. So extra help on @dsound maybe? But that's just me...

I think we should be leveraging our stake to be growing it, and using it to be supporting the new folks, content providers and innovators.
Steem is the foundation of the house we will build. Rain will come down during construction and there will be delays in its completion. It just gets uncomfortable at times because we live here and don’t have a completed roof. It is getting there!
