Monday morning was so beautiful, especially with the greens around, from the almonds to the grasses, they reminded me i was finally away from home, the silence from the yard contrasted to the usual noisy atmosphere back there at home from my friends. Sitting on the sofa by the shed outside i thought of what i had left in their hearts recalling personal relationships with each and every one of them.

Staring at the family's picture from sam's degree programme matriculation, i thought about a lot.

I could remember being lost on an adventure trip in the states. Sam was scared already wetting his pants 3minutes after we realized we were lost, i took out a compass i brought after hours of trying to call mum or someone else to help, we worked together. I thought him how to patient and at the end we found ourselves at home. Am sure Sam would never forget that patience pays.

Glancing through to mum on the photo i could remember her having problems with her accounts, looking so confused and angry, i aided her, shared some skills and finally we were both smiling after correct analysis. Mum never had problems with her annual accounts again, never again.

I quickly remembered Kate teaching me the lyrics of the song i loved most; "Book of life" by nathaniel bassey, this is the full lyrics

I could feel i was missing them already, that love and memory wasn't going so fast. I brought my writing pad and decided to draft a poem;

_The abscence_

The race we won as one,
Through fights and love,
The past we created withbonds,
Now am far and gone.

Loud in the minds and hearts,
Our lessons of trust dont die out,
What i and you taught us,
Is a page for life.

What we left in we,
Isn't just mere but great,
If a word greater than love exist,
Such alone would descibe us all.

I knew next holiday i was going to see them again, we all had thought each other a lot. Ring!!! The bell went it was time for school.
