1.Get in shape.
How about starting the new years by getting in shape losing weight and getting healthy. It will make you happier in life and comfortable with yourself and also help you live a long happy and healthy life. The only problem is you gotta stick to the regiment you chose to follow be it eating healthy or exercising.
2.Stop procrastinating.
The biggest problems that every person faces in his life is perhaps procrastinating may be this year you finally decide to do some thing about that and finally get some of your old projects done. It will bring you great joy and success in life if you can over come perhaps the greatest barrier of them all procrastinating.
3.Meet new people.
Whenever we get depressed most of us we curl up in our house and just cut ourselves off from the world. But lets all change it this year how about go out meet new people and make new friends and move up in the world instead.
4.Read more books.
Reading is a great way to gain more knowledge and become happier. But you just keep on delaying reading the next book. How about changing it up this year and try to read more books.
