Firstly, i want to thank God for bringing us all into this new year and also i want to say MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR to all steemians.
I happened to travel to my village this christmas. As is associated with my people (the igbo people of nigeria), christmas is a time of the year when people travel to their hometowns to spend time and have fun with their families and friends.
Some factors did not allow me make a comprehensive post but in summary, my christmas holiday can be likened to the video below because of the lack of Internet Service and stable power supply.
The video below is an advertisment video for a mobile network (AIRTEL) in Nigeria.
It is captioned "LIFE WITHOUT DATA" and talks about a man who was lost on one part of an island without data, he tried to reach across for help but none was forth coming so he decided to explore and colonize the island only for him to find out in the course of his exploration that he was not actually lost but was uncivilized because of his lack of data.
