That's what a real legend looks like. You will never see something similar probably in years. Why? Because greatness, as its mere essence, is how he described it in his last edit announcing this sad news. What he said is:

"I have always believed the sport of football is an "all-in" proposition - if a 100% competitive commitment isn't there, you won't succeed, and success is what I love so much about our game. There is a physical, mental, and emotional challenge EVERY single day that has allowed me to maximize my highest potential. And I have tried my very best these past 22 years. THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS TO SUCCESS ON THE FIELD OR IN LIFE."

You need to be strong physically, mentally and emotionally to be able to strive for progress every single day. No matter how bad it is, or how bad it takes, you should always be willing to give a little more of yourself. Life is not lived to be rich or famous, but to be in peace with your own self, proud of your own self, and most importantly, grateful for every little step you took, even though your insecurities, anguishes and problems were there to make your grind harder. Even though you have to compete against other people, if you didn't win against your own self yet, you won't be capable of going out there to living your life to the fullest. Stay committed, and believe in yourself, because even though any of us would be Tom Brady, you can be proud of the legacy you leave behind your back.
