The NFL is back baby! Atlanta Falcons @ Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday Night Football! I'm opening the season with a MAX bet of 10 units!
I absolutely love this game. If you don't remember how last season ended for the Falcons, it was in Philadelphia on a controversial final pass play to Julio Jones in the endzone where a pass interference flag coulda/shoulda/woulda been thrown. The Eagles of course went on to win the Super Bowl!
This is the epitome of a revenge game. The Falcons have been stewing over that final game all off season, the Eagles will be dealing with the super bowl hangover and recently announced Foles as the starting QB. The eagles have issues at linebacker opening night that will be exploited by one of the best offenses in the NFL. They are also without several other players from last years team for tonight's game including #1 receiver Alshon Jeffrey. The Falcons have filled small leaks in their roster and have what I am predicting to be a top 5 offensive line in the NFL to support a top 10 QB and one of the top WR and RB cores in the league.
