Nigeria @58

Age is nothing but a number that is expected to measure the wealth of experience achieved over time.
At 58, my country have nothing to show that it has learn over time. Still in the hands of individuals that help in the struggle for her independence.
At 58, it's citizens are still living in a modified slavery condition. It's leaders are tyrants. Poverty growing exponentially.
At 58, it's southern part still don't believe in her existence. The children and youths of its northern part are massively out of school, partly because of ill enlightenment and partly because of poverty.
At 58, the resources that are in abundance can not be managed, the birth rate and death rate are proportional due to terrorist activities, bad road, poor medical institutions.
At 58, social amenities is almost not there. Industrial action still a way of dialogue, criminals are celebrated, no hope for its productive population and the aging are filled with anger.
What a country so blessed and so curse?
At 58, those who left the country through the legal way never wish to return but keep proving that our country have the best brain ever.
All around the world in every field of study Nigerians top the chart.
We are born here not by our choice but for us to make a difference in humanity.
As we celebrate, let love rule the world we find ourselves and may we put humanity first before our creed and affirmation.
God bless Nigeria
