Remembering my beloved

Ever missed a parcel?
Ever lost a gem?
Ever felt guilty?
Ever felt so stupid of your decision?
Ever felt you could change hands of the clock?
Ever felt like giving your life instead?

I neglected a parcel,
I stumbled upon life's enjoyment,
I wanted a break,
Little did I know I was missing a point,
I was missing a transition.

If only we didn't have that argument,
You would have told me,
We could have fought it together,
You could have healed fast,
Instead I was gallivanting.

I promise never to love another,
I promise to remain sober,
I promise to visit your tomb once a week,
I promise to show you affection,
Your pictures have become my fantasy.

a melancholic recollection...some things happen that we hope we could change. unfortunately, they remain glued to us while we suffer in silence

Life isn't always golden

What a reminiscing thought pattern flowed poem, I had to reminisce after reading this. Hmm, definitely there was a preoccupation.

Things left unsaid
Stuffs left undone
Memories left uncreated
Love left to be shared.

I can relate to this poem😖

This is awesome poem, it has some touch of sensation making me remember how i could have treated my love one when i still have them around. i love this.

Moody but nice, happy Sunday bro
