Nigeria is so blessed with different beautiful cultures, tribes, and people, the most populous black nation in the world.

The nation is so blessed that it has no sort of natural disasters.

I read the story of creation the other day in Genesis 1 to the end, and I was motivated and convince that the solution to Nigeria is there, if truly our leaders put aside their selfish interest, religion and tribe, then Nigeria will be great if the instructions are followed.

1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Here, it's telling us that God created the Earth (Nigeria), it was filled with darkness and shapeless, but the Spirit of God moved all over it.

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

As great, mighty and supreme as God is, He knows the importance of light (electricity in this context). God can still do mighty things even in darkness, but He choose there should be light. So, if Nigeria can have a steady supply of power, then development will begin immediately, it encourages foreign investors into the land, thereby creating more employment opportunities for its masses. And also those who require power for their various businesses will be active in the labour market too, no organization will fold up if there is a constant supply of electricity.
Once there are job opportunities, people will not be looking to traveling oversea.
Then if the capacity is not enough to power the country for the whole day, then it can schedule the power in such a way that the industrial areas get during the day and the residential at night.

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.

RESTRUCTURING God restructured the whole thing into various groups, so a very good way to grow and develop Nigeria is to restructure. Let individual state or region cater for the needs of its state and citizens. Though the federal government should be like an overseer, and not a dictator. This will not only grow the region, it'll bring good competition among the states, because they will be trying to compete with themselves in terms of growth and development. Whatever mineral resources found will be used to develop the region where it was discovered, then each state will be giving a particular percentage of their revenue to the federal government for its upkeep.

11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

Do not forget agriculture, everyone will eat compulsorily. So one of the main stay of each state or region must be agriculture. For no one can do without food. Each state can be going about their various businesses, but they should not forget agriculture. Irrespective of the type of agriculture they want to practice.

14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

The government should ensure that every part of the region have electricity, then as time goes on, each state can start generating her electricity themselves, and the ones that can't will be depending on the federal government and most importantly on the states that can. So the states which cannot generate will pay the states they are getting electricity for in whatever means they both agree upon.

20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

If things have started working fine, then various development at various levels will automatically set in. Scientific advancement will be achieved automatically, great and huge investments will be here and there. Great research will spring up easily without fear of sponsorship.

22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.

If growth and development sets in, the increase in population will be cater for easily. Irrespective of the population of a developed nation, things will be moving according to plans. So God's commandments of multiplication is not just in vain but to a developed nation's advantage.
It's to the advantage of the state/region. Because increase in population should bring about increase in growth and development of a nation. But the reverse is the case for Nigeria because it has not done the right thing yet.

24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.
25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

Different state have different natural resources and different technical know how, so each region will have different agricultural produce they will specialize on. So the country will have varieties of crops and livestocks to do business with and most importantly, feed on.

These and more can be achieved if everyone put their hearts and minds together as one. No tribal, or religious nonsense should take our minds. And above all, the government of the day should put aside their parties and personal agenda and work together as one so that the country can move forward instead of backwards.
