Candidate should have Human Resources start up experience , be super smart and driven. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle the unstructured startup environment, build and put structures in place. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for promoting the company’s corporate values and enabling business success through human capital management, including Employment, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and Employee Relations. The hired individual will administer human resources activities and participate in the evaluation and recommendation of programs, policies and procedures that support and drive business objectives.
