Christmas With Family... The Best Kind of Holiday!

Hello, dear Steemit friends, and happy holidays to you!

Now, what is better than celebrating Xmas with closest family? My answer? Celebrating Xmas with family after benefiting a lot from Steemit!

First, we had lots of fun putting up the decorations around the house, something we haven't done for the past coupke of years. After that we didn't do much or go out anywhere, but it was definitely enough just being around each other in the house, cooking together, eating together, making jokes at each others' expense (of course... what else is family for?), and watching a movie together. The Xmas movie of the year was the very first part of Home Alone, chosen by yours truly. But after that, I did get to view the Dreamworks' animation 'Home' with my much younger cousin, Toni and my sister Theresa.

Come to think of it, both are movies about family and are one word short of being similar in title. Guess it was really a holiday about family in every way!

@fabianmaria was there also --I'm quite certain he enjoyed the movie more than the rest of us. Dad and Mum were just happy to have us around. And I'm pretty sure I'll be seeing them on Steemit very soon!
