LIFE OF A NIGERIAN STUDENT

Life of a student's really is not very enjoying, at least for nerds like us,maybe for the popular kids (the sport stars, the upcoming artiste, the slay kings and queens and the rest of them), it's probably the best times they are going to have their whole empty f*****g life(i'm not hating, I'm just really mad at them). But for the students like me who probably are not even known by their roommates in the hostel or houses, this is just a necessary sh**hole to jumpover so we can come out with a piece of paper that acknowledges that you are worthy of getting paid in life.

Now to the point, i hate being a student, I hate the constant nagging by my lecturers about me not being serious, telling me I'm gonna fail the course, telling me I'm not good enough or that I'm never gonna graduate, if I'm not serious why am I here. I hate it.
I hate the fact that I can't stand up and challenge them in their faces for fear of failing the course for the rest of my life. I hate the fact that my level of intelligence is gonna be determined after 5years of school by a piece of paper grading my intelligence level to whomever is gonna be needing the paper.

I hate the fact that lecturers in Nigerian universities are out to frustrate you, are out to tell you what you are and are not, I hate that they are given so much authority And position in my life. This and more is all what school brings to the table.

Most schools right now are just grounds for social status and wealth Competitions.preying on the not so wealthy people who are actually in school to do what schools are meant for. I hate schools,i really do cause sometimes I go to school happy but come back really unhappy because I check my results sometimes and I don't understand how some of the grades appear besides my name. I hate it how some people are cool and some people are nerds because of their appearance.

I really do believe school should be scraped from existence if some social issues are not curbed cause I don't want this demoralizing mentality to get into my kids when they are born.
