the first thing is if you want to sleep by soundly you must drinking more water in a day, it just 9 glasses/day. before sleeping and when you wake up must drink one glass of water.
and dont forget to eat the fruit that can help you in sleep. for example : banana fruit. you can eat this at every morning.
and the last thing is you must be always reading prayer before going to sleep.***
