lies' set to release in 2023
Mumbai, May 31: We all are aware of the growth of the E-gaming industry. Within a very short span of time, the industry has garnered a huge amount of users from all around the globe, with billion-dollar businesses. Now, India is going to give good news to its own gaming fans.
'Mumbai Gullies' an open-world adventure game completely created in India is set to release this year. GamEeon Studio, a Mumbai-based gaming development company is currently working on the concluding phase of the game.
The company announced about the development of the game at the Indian Game Developer Conference (IGDC) event.
The third-person view game will give the audience, the GTA (free open-world game of the US) like experience, where the main character is free to do everything, starting from driving cars to free roaming in the city. The game will be released for the PC users.
The main takeaway is that Mumbai Gullies will feature authentic Mumbai streets and slum areas as well. Being created by the Indian makers, the game is focusing to give all the Indian flavours to the audience with its gameplay.
According to reports, the games also revolved around the gangster era of Mumbai, which will let the users experience the action era of Mumbai.
The CEO of GamEeon Studios and the producer of the game Nikhil Malankar, have revealed that Mumbai Gullies will release in two chapters.
The first chapter is set to release in 2023 as Mumbai Gullies: Prologue and the final chapter is set to be released in 2025.
After the notification, high anticipation is seen among Indian gaming fans, as it will be a new step from the Indian makers to kick-start the gaming industry in the country.
