About a year ago, My husband and I decided to go without electricity for 30 days as an experiment. Yes, it is possible to go without power, however, it is not easy. For entertainment, we read a lot of books and spent time outdoors. We took a lot of cold showers because of course without power there is no hot water heater. We managed to complete the experiment, but I can say after the 30 days, I was happy to get my power back. Would you go without power for 30 days?

Wow, thats brave! But I know there are more advantages to going without power. We can be more productive, rely more on nature and engage in nurturing activities. It's hard for many to do that because it's missing what you had. But for those accustomed to that way of life, they can't miss what they never had.
